Do you make bespoke and bridal pieces?
Yes. Bespoke commissions and full bridal sets are at the heart of the atelier. Begin with an email to orders.parka@gmail.com and we will design with you — entirely online — from sketch to finished heirloom.
Can pieces be resized?
Most rings and many bracelets can be resized. Your first resize within 60 days is complimentary. Write to us with your order number to arrange it.
Are your pieces certified?
Every piece ships with a certificate of authenticity, and diamond pieces include independent laboratory certification. Gold is BIS-hallmarked.
How do I pay?
All payments are completed on our encrypted, PCI-compliant secure checkout — cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. We never see or store your payment details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with full insurance and tracking. Duties are prepaid wherever possible so there are no surprises on delivery.
