Every order is hand-finished, packaged in our signature box and dispatched with full insurance at no cost to you — within India and worldwide.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order and bridal commissions take 3–6 weeks; your client advisor will share a precise timeline at confirmation.

Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your piece completely. Ready-to-wear designs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging with all certificates.
Made-to-order, engraved and bridal pieces are crafted uniquely for you and are final sale, but we will always help with resizing and care.

Warranty
Each PARKA creation carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and a certificate of authenticity. Should anything need attention, our atelier is here for the life of the piece.
